Reservation Request Form

Rudder Theatre Complex will be unavailable June 2007 through early January 2008 for a Fire and Life Safety project that includes installation of sprinkler systems and asbestos abatement in isolated areas. Venues affected are the auditorium, theatre, forum, exhibit hall and associated corridors.

During this time the Rudder Theatre administrative office will be relocated to the southeast corner of Rudder Theatre Complex. Access to these offices will be at the corner of Joe Routt and Throckmorton.

Rudder Theatre Complex staff will continue providing event setup, staging, equipment and audio and visual support for conferences, meetings, programs and performances occurring in other campus locations.
